- Lead site operations and establish clear priorities aligned with IFF’s vision, values, strategies and business objectives

- Achieve financial objectives related to cost, productivity, yield, working capital and inventory
- Define the site’s future direction, assess its competitiveness and collaborate effectively with business, functional and manufacturing network leaders
- Ensure compliance with applicable local and federal regulations, engage appropriately with regulatory agencies, follow company policies and support positive community relations
What Makes You the Right Fit
- University degree in a relevant technical field
- At least 10 years of experience in an industrial or chemical-process environment
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience as a member of a site’s senior leadership team
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, collaborate across functions and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to understand manufacturing technology quickly and lead or support operational and organizational change
- Experience leading cultural or business transformation and developing effective, engaged teams
- Ability to set priorities, provide clear direction and influence outcomes across a broader organization
- Demonstrated commitment to advancing company values and building a culture of accountability, inclusion and continuous improvement
- Data-informed and action-oriented approach, with the ability to make timely decisions and maintain focus on business and customer needs
