Description
We are looking for problem-solvers who enjoy working independently and like being outdoors. You’ll develop long-lasting relationships with your customers and will become the neighborhood pest expert.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Perform lawncare tasks such as fertilizing, along with other lawncare products
- Help grow your route by informing customers about our services
- Driving to house to house to complete daily route
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of truck and work area
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, and trees
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients
Working Conditions
- Work outdoors for long periods of time
- Ability to bend and crawl
- Ability to life up to 50 lbs.
This role pays $20 per hour with the potential to earn commission.
