Team Leader Fruit Pack

The Team Leader in the Box Room area will supervise crews up to 18 employees and ensure adequate training is provided for all the line staff.  This position is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the work performed by the crew.  The Team Leader is also accountable for inventories of all components associated with the gift being produced.  In addition, the Team Leader is responsible for accurate and timely record keeping, including production paperwork, reject paperwork, employee documents and timekeeping.  The Team Leader will also be required to perform as a back up to the Shift Supervisor.   

• Performing physical activities that require standing for long periods of time considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, and handling of materials and lifting to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to withstand a production environment with exposure to dust, food allergens, and varying temperatures.
• Highly dependable and able to work a flexible schedule with varying job duties.
• Providing honest and respectful communication to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• 1 year of production experience preferred. 
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good intermediate math skills are required.
• Microsoft Office Skills preferred.
• Must have Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• Demonstrated comprehension skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) required.
• Production experience and SAP are a plus.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
