Sports Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics

Are you an experienced physical therapist looking to join a growing practice that is redefining the patient experience? A leading outpatient physical therapy clinic in Medford, NJ is seeking a dedicated and skilled physical therapist to help improve patients’ quality of life. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team, utilizing research, analytics, advanced technology, and hands-on techniques to deliver exceptional results. You will be treating patients with sports related injuries and also standard orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Work directly with patients to maximize physical recovery.
Evaluate therapy effectiveness and track patient progress.
Maintain accurate patient records using EMR.
Educate and communicate with patients in a compassionate manner.
Facilitate safe and effective return-to-life planning.

Qualifications
