Rogue Community Health is looking to welcome a full-time Compliance Improvement Analyst to our team! This position is responsible for facilitating the ongoing assessment and maintenance of the Compliance program, including compliance with all rules, regulations, accreditation standards, and contractual obligations for all Rogue Community Health (RCH) sites, encompassing a variety of disciplines including medical, dental, behavioral health, integrative health, school-based health centers and support services.

EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Population Health, Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare Administration or Management, or a related field preferred .Â
EXPERIENCE: Minimum three years’ experience in health system management, five years working in a health care environment. Experience in an FQHC preferred.Â
