Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

This role is based at one of our corporate offices in McLean, VA, Memphis, TN, or Dallas, TX

This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Manager, Compensation Technology, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Global HR team reporting to the Director, Global HCM Platform, you will support projects including Oracle HCM compensation capabilities, compensation reporting, integrations, release testing, and technical documentation.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Configure, maintain, and support Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation, including plan setup, eligibility profiles, worksheet configuration, budget configuration, approvals, and cycle administration.
  • Develop reports and dashboards through Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher to provide actionable compensation data, monitor cycle progress, support reconciliation, and enable Total Rewards and leadership decision-making.
  • Customize and deploy compensation statements in Oracle HCM using Oracle data, Hilton-specific imagery, and required formatting.
  • Support compensation-related integrations, data loads, and mass updates using HCM Data Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, and related Oracle HCM utilities.
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for compensation technology issues and manage release readiness, testing, change requests, and audit-ready technical documentation.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Partner closely with Total Rewards to support compensation plan configuration, cycle administration, reporting and reconciliation needs.
  • Collaborate with the Global HCM Platform team and HR technology stakeholders to test, deploy, communicate, and document Oracle HCM platform changes.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support and internal governance partners to resolve service requests, configuration questions, process defects, and data discrepancies.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

  • Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation configuration and cycle administration deliverables, including eligibility profiles, worksheets, budgets, approvals, and plan setup.
  • Compensation reporting, dashboarding, custom statements, data load support, release testing, change request documentation, and audit-ready process materials.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Two (2) or more years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience building reports and dashboards using Oracle HCM reporting tools such as OTBI or BI Publisher.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM plan setup, eligibility profiles, worksheet configuration, budget configuration, and cycle administration.
  • Experience with Oracle Fast Formula for eligibility profiles, compensation plan configuration, validation logic, or compensation calculations.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Workforce Compensation and compensation-related business processes.
  • Experience with HCM Data Loader or HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader for mass data uploads and corrections, including building and troubleshooting data loads for compensation and HR objects.
  • Experience creating technical documentation for compensation configurations, process flows, operational procedures, reporting logic, and materials supporting compliance and audit reviews.
  • Understanding of how global compensation considerations, including multi-currency pay structures, country-specific salary ranges, regional allowances, payroll dependencies, and local regulatory requirements, impact the configuration and administration of compensation plans within Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation.
