Sublimation Technician (AKA Print Wizard Extraordinaire)

Do you love seeing designs come to life? Are you the kind of person who notices when a color is just slightly off or enjoys solving equipment puzzles before anyone else spots them? If so, we want YOU on our team!  We're looking for a Sublimation Technician to help prepare files for custom sports apparel, garment and related graphic embellishments. You'll be the mastermind behind turning digital artwork into vibrant, high-quality products our customers love.

What You'll Do
·         Transform artwork and customer files into print-ready masterpieces

·         Monitor color quality, image placement, and print accuracy throughout production

·         Troubleshoot equipment issues and keep production running smoothly

·         Load inks, transfer papers, substrates, and other production materials

·         Inspect finished products to ensure they're customer-ready and company-approved

·         Collaborate with teammates and communicate production updates

·         Experience with sublimation printing, digital printing, or garment decoration required

·         Previous experience in apparel manufacturing or production environment a plus

Bonus Points If You Have
·         Experience in custom apparel, promotional products, or signage production

·         Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design software is required

·         Basic Photoshop skills

·         Experience with Optitex, CAD, or apparel pattern software

·         Knowledge of sublimation inks, transfer papers, and production materials

Our regular work schedule is Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 3:15pm and Friday, 6:00am to 11:00am

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.50 per hour
