The Machinist will program/ run CNC mill machines, demonstrating proficiency in applying basic machining principles & use of precision measuring equipment. This is a day shift opportunity.
Please 聽note this position is located in Maysville, OK.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
路 Operate a machining work cell equipped with a Fadal VMC 4020 and an Okuma M560.
路 Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to blueprints and specifications.
路 Maintain required dimensions and close tolerances throughout the machining process.
路 Complete assigned work according to the established production schedule.
路 Inspect and measure machined workpieces to verify conformance with specifications and quality standards.
路 Adjust machine controls, settings, and guides as needed to maintain accuracy and quality.
路 Perform finishing operations, including filing, sanding, shaping, and cleaning machined parts.
路 Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor maintenance on assigned equipment.
路 Accurately use and read precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers.
路 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
路 Follow all applicable safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
路 Minimum 2 years related working experience
路 Experience using CAM software; FeatureCAM experience is preferred
路 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
路 Ability to perform shop math and calculate dimensions and tolerances accurately
