More About the Role:

We are looking for good employees who want to chance to grow and learn new skills. We need assemblers that are good at reading instructions and putting things together. We can teach you the electronics skills that you need to be successful here, but we need you to bring a willingness to learn, a dedication to doing the job well, and an openness to learn from your mistakes and grow. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Legally able to work in the United States.
  • Can reliably commute to Mayfield Village.
  • Basic understanding of/ability to learn mechanical assembly processes and hand tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and learn technical documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Willingness to comply with safety and quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Assemble medical device components and subassemblies according to detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Inspect parts and finished products for defects or deviations, documenting findings and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with regulatory and company safety standards.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to resolve assembly issues and implement process improvements.
  • Accurately document production activities, including assembly steps, inspections, and any non-conformances.

1st shift 7:00am to 3:30pm
