Job Summary
Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies. Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment of products. Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing all shipping paperwork
- Coordinate with TM(s) report and identify all shipments and types of shipments going out daily
- Will help with researching inventory issues and correcting the inventory in People Soft
- Print and process orders
- Prepare LTL shipments
- Checking in and signing out drivers
- Filing paperwork
- Update Chep pallets shipped out through the Chep web sight
- Send emails about issues with shipments
- Monitor emails about changes to shipments
- Communicate with the QC lab about hold product
- Create BOL for shipments transferring to Kansas
- Receive in product coming from vendors
- Monitor inventory errors in People Soft

Education and Experience Requirement:
