Job Summary: Â
The General Woodworking Production position is responsible for using a variety of general woodworking equipment and products to produce and process cabinet components to manufacture and build custom kitchen and bath cabinetry. It is also responsible for assisting other departments as production demands.
Essential Functions:
- Works with a variety of woodworking equipment including various saws, sanders, routers, spray finish equipment and fastening materials, as well as miscellaneous hand tools
- Job assignments may vary on a daily basis
- Must be able to learn and apply all departmental safety, quality and productivity standards
- Requires regular, predictable full-time attendance and all overtime as production requires
Additional Responsibilities:
- Adhere to RCRA and NESHAP training guidelines
- All other duties as assigned

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
 Â
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Read and interpret Production Paperwork
- Understand quality specifications
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Strong, professional communication and collaboration skills
- Able to read and use a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Actively participate in a safe and harmonious work environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Highly motivated and self-starting
- Flexible to changing tasks and routines
- Task completion oriented
- Contribute to process improvement by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Able to carry 5 – 40 pounds unassisted
- Regular, predictable full time attendance
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
