We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and coordinating care for our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with medical administrative experience and a passion for helping others.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide medical administrative support, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and healthcare providers
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare professionals


Skills needed to be successful in this position

  • Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical office procedures
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
