As a Mechanic III, you’ll repair and overhaul gas turbine engines.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Dismantle, build, inspect, and clean engine modules and engine components.
  • Work independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality
  • Complete relevant paperwork to ensure accuracy
  • Observe all applicable safety practices and aviation regulations

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years aviation maintenance experience 
  • Minimum of 3 years with induction and dismantle of engines/components. 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience reading and interpreting manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints to determine proper operating conditions
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience troubleshooting electrical & mechanical components 
  • Lift up to 50lbs without assistance, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience troubleshooting electrical & mechanical components 
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including frequent standing and walking throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Characteristics

  • FAA Power plant certification or Military experience preferred 
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
