Rice & Kendig, LLC is a well-established personal injury law firm serving clients throughout Louisiana. We are growing and seeking two experienced Litigation Paralegals to join our Shreveport team. If you’re organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving litigation environment — we want you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of personal injury litigation — discovery, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals
  
  
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and trial prep materials
  
  
• Organize medical records and case files
  
  
• Support attorneys in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
  
  
• Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and experts
  
  
• Maintain accurate records in case management systems
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a litigation paralegal role (PI preferred)
  
  
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
  
  
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
  
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
  
  
• Self-starter who can manage multiple cases independently
