In this role, you'll partner with field teams, office staff, Rollins IT, and vendors to support the technology and systems our business relies on every day. The Division Systems Administrator is responsible for providing technical support for hardware, software, and business applications across the Wildlife Brands. This position serves as a key liaison between Brand Operations, Rollins IT, and third-party vendors to ensure technology solutions are implemented, maintained, and supported effectively. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a creative problem solver, and someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional support to both field and office teams.

What You Will Do...
- Learn the culture of the Brand(s) you support. Work to fit in with the culture and the people. Develop relationships needed to be a successful partner and be familiar with hierarchy within the Brands(s), Rollins, and support Vendors to communicate effectively.
- Be a good business partner. Learn the business. Develop relationships with the various business areas within the Brand(s) you support, meet with them regularly to identify and deliver on projects that support and grow the business.
- Be an advocate for the Brand(s) you support working with other Rollins Brands and the Rollins Home Office to ensure the Brand gets the support they need.
- Know company policies and procedures as it pertains to supporting the Brand(s) to ensure that requests follow approved guidelines.
- Provide technical support in the implementation and maintenance of all systems and applications for which the Brand is responsible for and meeting all commitments with quality, on time, on budget and within SOX audit requirements. This includes providing knowledge articles, links, screenshots, recordings, and video conferencing to ensure that support is sufficient to complete requests.
- Provide project management support for IT projects by communicating status of initiatives and issues to Wildlife Brands Technology Manger and other executives in the Brand(s) you support as needed, keeping stakeholders well informed of progress and challenges.

Qualifications:
Candidates must be able to work without close supervision and possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to operate ticketing system (ServiceNow) to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
- Ability to coordinate support with partners (ex. ServSuite, Rollins Support, etc.)
- Ability to organize (files and systems), set priorities, and assume all responsibilities related to the position.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 programs effectively (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, To Do, etc.).
- Must be flexible, able to handle a multitude of duties, and work under pressure.
- Must work efficiently with the field, other departments, and support vendors. Communicate effectively via telephone, email, and Teams correspondence and ensure proper documentation in ticketing systems.
- Must be able to compose letters/emails and knowledge articles for announcements and directives.
- Must be able to travel to corporate office, conferences, and field locations for trainings, assessments, and observations.
