We are seeking an experienced Long Term Care Administrator to provide overall leadership and management of skilled nursing and assisted living operations. This role is responsible for regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, financial and operational stability, staff leadership, and resident-centered care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Healthcare Administration preferred
  • Current Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care Administrator experience
  • Previous LTC experience preferred
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
  • Strong understanding of financial operations and reimbursement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure regulatory and organizational compliance
  • Lead and supervise staff while promoting employee engagement and accountability
  • Ensure resident rights, HIPAA compliance, safety, and quality standards are maintained
  • Oversee infection prevention and control programs
  • Develop and maintain a strong culture of safety
  • Lead Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives

Leadership & Supervision

  • Interview, hire, train, and evaluate employees
  • Plan and assign work responsibilities
  • Address performance concerns and resolve workplace issues      

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
  • Ability to move and position oneself as required for job duties
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
