We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, maintaining our IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network-related issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks

- Monitor and maintain the performance of computer systems and networks

- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries and escalate issues as needed

- Assist in the implementation of new systems and technologies

- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and other cloud-based services

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
