As a key member of the leadership team, the CNO willoversee all aspects of nursing operations, ensure the highest standards ofclinical quality and regulatory compliance, empower nursing teams to deliversafe, compassionate, resident-centered care, and foster a culture of continuousimprovement.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and oversee all Nursing Service employees
  • Partner with the Chief Executive Officer, management, and medical staff to advance the hospital’s mission, strategic plans, operational plans, and policies
  • Oversee the clinical and administrative operations of Nursing Services
  • Direct nursing service planning, staffing, budgeting, operations, and performance
  • Coordinate ancillary services and departments to support facility goals
  • Collaborate with Finance and other departments to achieve organizational objectives
  • Provide leadership oversight for other departments as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer

What We Are Looking For

Education, Experience and Licenses

  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
  • BSN, MSN, Master of Healthcare Administration, or MBA
  • 5+ years of nursing management experience at the director level
  • Experiencein assisted living, skilled nursing, hospice, home health, or hospital settingshighly valued
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a rural or small hospital setting
  • Strongclinical expertise combined with strategic leadership vision
  • Provenability to drive meaningful improvements in healthcare delivery
