  • Maintain accurate inventory quantities, locations, part numbers, serial numbers, and associated records.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper control of shelf-life and time-sensitive materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or critical material requirements.

  • Process material returns and ensure parts are properly returned to inventory or routed for repair.
  • Prepare aircraft parts and materials for shipment.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and vendors.
  • Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
  • Ensure materials are properly packaged, labeled, protected, and stored.
  • Support AOG and other urgent material requirements as needed.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and controlled stockroom and warehouse areas.
  • Follow company procedures regarding parts traceability, documentation, inventory control, and material handling.
  • Work closely with Quality personnel when documentation or material discrepancies are identified.
  • Assist with company tooling, consumables, and general inventory requirements as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement of ASP's material and inventory processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support aircraft maintenance operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Knowledge of aircraft parts and aviation material-handling requirements preferred.
  • Understanding of aircraft part numbers, serial numbers, and traceability documentation.
  • Ability to read and understand purchase orders, packing slips, invoices, certificates, and other material documentation.
  • Experience with inventory management or ERP systems.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Procurement, vendors, and other departments.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules when required to support aircraft operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of aviation materials, aircraft parts, logistics, or inventory experience.
  • Previous experience supporting an MRO, airline, military aviation, OEM, or aircraft maintenance operation.

  • Ability to work in warehouse, stockroom, hangar, and aircraft maintenance environments.
  • Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.

What Success Looks Like
