Position Summary

Prime Pensions is seeking an experienced Recruiter to own full-cycle talent acquisition across Prime Pensions and its affiliated companies. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and organizational leadership to identify talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and successfully fill positions across a variety of functions and organizational levels.

This role will serve as a strategic and consultative partner throughout the hiring process, from initial workforce and position planning through offer acceptance and transition to onboarding. The Recruiter will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, utilizing recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes, and helping managers make informed, effective hiring decisions.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, relationship-driven, and comfortable managing multiple searches and competing priorities within a growing, multi-entity organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Partnership
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define staffing needs, position requirements, success profiles, interview criteria, sourcing strategies, and anticipated hiring timelines.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to evaluate hiring needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
  • Provide market intelligence regarding talent availability, competitive hiring practices, compensation trends, and candidate expectations.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized, high-priority, and hard-to-fill positions.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for positions across Prime Pensions and affiliated entities.
  • Create and maintain compelling, accurate job postings across appropriate recruiting platforms.
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, direct outreach, and other channels.
  • Review resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, qualifications, and alignment with the role, organization, and company values.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and facilitate timely feedback throughout the process.
  • Maintain consistent, professional candidate communication and deliver a positive candidate experience from initial contact through disposition or offer acceptance.
Hiring Manager Partnership
  • Serve as a consultative recruiting partner to managers and leadership teams, providing guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices, labor market conditions, candidate availability, and realistic hiring expectations.
  • Partner with HR to consider external market competitiveness and internal equity when evaluating compensation and offer strategy.
  • Maintain regular communication regarding candidate pipelines, interview feedback, recruitment progress, risks, and recommended next steps.
  • Support managers in evaluating candidates and making informed hiring decisions, including appropriately challenging hiring criteria or assessments when necessary.
Offer Management & Onboarding Support
  • Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with Human Resources leadership.
  • Manage salary discussions and negotiate offers within approved guidelines.
  • Coordinate background checks, pre-employment screenings, and other pre-hire requirements.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire and an effective handoff to onboarding.
Recruitment Operations, Analytics & Process Improvement
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data, candidate records, requisition status, and hiring activity within applicable systems.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, source effectiveness, and hiring outcomes.
  • Use recruiting data and trends to identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate quality, hiring speed, and overall recruiting outcomes.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to recruiting workflows, interview practices, candidate communications, hiring-manager processes, templates, and reporting standards.
  • Maintain consistent applicant tracking system workflows, recruiting documentation, and reporting practices across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures.
Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline Development
  • Promote Prime Pensions and its affiliated companies as employers of choice.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Participate in networking events, industry associations, career fairs, and other recruitment-related activities as needed.
  • Support the development of recruiting materials, candidate-facing communications, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including demonstrated experience independently managing multiple concurrent searches.
  • Experience recruiting professional, operational, and leadership-level positions across multiple business functions.
  • Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-location organization preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate identification skills, including experience engaging passive candidates.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and advise hiring managers and leadership teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate and business information appropriately.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing and recruiting tools.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to interpret recruiting data and translate metrics into practical recommendations and process improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.
