As a Solutions Consultant, you'll transform complex cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management concepts into practical business outcomes that resonate with executives, compliance leaders, and IT teams. You won't carry a direct sales quota. Instead, you'll be the product expert helping prospects understand how TRAC solves real business challenges and why it stands apart in the market. Your ability to lead engaging discovery conversations, deliver impactful demonstrations, and align TRAC capabilities to client needs will directly influence sales success. What You'll Do Partner with TRAC Sales Executives throughout the sales process. Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, pain points, and regulatory requirements. Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's environment and needs. Translate technical capabilities into business value for executive and non-technical audiences. Support RFPs, questionnaires, proof-of-concepts, and technical evaluations. Serve as the subject matter expert on TRAC functionality, roadmap, integrations, and competitive differentiation. Work closely with Product team to stay up to date on new releases and product advancements. Assist sales teams with opportunity strategy, qualification, and solution positioning. Develop repeatable demo environments, demonstration scripts, and presentation materials. Gather client feedback and communicate market needs to Product and Leadership teams. Provide support during industry conferences, webinars, and client-facing events. Stay current on cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and regulatory trends affecting target markets Maintain detailed records of customer requirements, product questions, and competitive intelligence within CRM systems. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in business, cybersecurity, information systems, technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in software demonstrations, sales engineering, solutions consulting, customer success, cybersecurity consulting, or SaaS sales support. Exceptional presentation and communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences. Strong discovery and consultative questioning skills. Comfort presenting to C-level executives, risk officers, compliance professionals, and IT leaders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously. Experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and virtual presentation tools. Willingness to travel up to 25%. What Would Excite Us Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, governance, compliance, or audit-related solutions. Experience working with banks, credit unions, healthcare organizations, or other highly regulated industries. Knowledge of FFIEC, NIST, CRI, HIPAA, GLBA, or similar frameworks. Experience delivering software demonstrations in a SaaS environment. Familiarity with GRC, security assessment, or risk management platforms.
