About the RoleWe're looking for a Project Assistant who can be a true swiss army knife — someone who thrives on variety and isn't afraid to wear a lot of hats. This is a unique opportunity to split your time supporting both our Residential and Commercial New Construction teams, giving you broad exposure across the business and a front-row seat to how projects come together from both sides. You'll work closely with Project Coordinators and Project Managers in each department, providing the administrative backbone that keeps jobs moving — from inspections and job packets to project documentation and day-to-day problem solving.
If you're organized, adaptable, and energized by a role that changes day to day, this is a great way to build a foundation in construction administration with a company that's growing fast and promotes from within.
