We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping them attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent while supporting key business objectives. This is an opportunity to move beyond transactional HR work and become a strategic partner who directly impacts organizational success.

 

As an HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with leaders to strengthen teams, navigate change, develop talent, and drive initiatives that enhance both business performance and employee engagement.

What You'll Do

Be a Trusted Strategic Advisor

  • Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and develop people strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and solutions on workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, organizational challenges, and talent decisions.
  • Influence decision-making through business acumen, HR expertise, and workforce insights.

Drive Talent Strategy

  • Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
  • Help identify and develop high-potential talent across the organization.

Elevate Performance and Development

  • Guide leaders through performance management processes and talent reviews.
  • Support employee growth, career development, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and learning.

Enhance Employee Experience

  • Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and help implement effective solutions.
  • Serve as a resource for employees and leaders while helping build an inclusive and high-performing environment.

Lead Through Change

  • Support organizational redesigns, workforce planning initiatives, business transformations, and process improvements.
  • Help leaders effectively navigate change while minimizing disruption and maximizing employee engagement.
  • Act as a change champion, helping teams embrace new ways of working.

Manage Complex Employee Relations

  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and compliance with employment laws.
  • Balance business needs with employee experience while mitigating organizational risk.

Use Data to Drive Results

  • Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
  • Measure the impact of people initiatives and support data-driven decision-making.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking an HR professional who combines strong business acumen with a passion for people and organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience supporting operational, manufacturing, or business-facing teams preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience partnering directly with leaders and influencing business decisions.
