We areĀ seekingĀ a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm. The CSA serves as a key point of contact for clients and plays an integral role in delivering an exceptional client experience. This position supports financial advisors through account administration, client communications, operational coordination, and relationship management activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to providing outstanding service while helping ensure the efficient operation of the advisory practice.Ā

ResponsibilitiesĀ 

Ā 

Client Service & Relationship SupportĀ 

Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and inquiries.Ā 

Build andĀ maintainĀ strong client relationships throughĀ timelyĀ and professional communication.Ā 

AssistĀ clients with account maintenance, paperwork, and service-related needs.Ā 

Coordinate client meetings and prepare meeting materials.Ā 

Follow up on action items to ensureĀ timelyĀ completion and a seamless client experience.Ā 

Ā 

Account AdministrationĀ 

Prepare and process account opening, transfers, beneficiary updates, distributions, and other account-related documentation.Ā 

Monitor account paperwork for completeness and accuracy.Ā 

Coordinate with custodians and third-party providers to resolve operational issues.Ā 

Track account transfers and ensure efficient onboarding of new clients.Ā 

Ā 

Advisor SupportĀ 

AssistĀ advisors with client review preparation and follow-up activities.Ā 

Generate reports, performance summaries, and client correspondence.Ā 

MaintainĀ accurateĀ client records within CRM and portfolio management systems.Ā 

Support implementation of financial planning and investment recommendations.Ā 

Ā 

Operations & ComplianceĀ 

Maintain client documentationĀ in accordance withĀ firm policies and regulatory requirements.Ā 

AssistĀ with compliance-related administrative tasks.Ā 

Ensure data integrity across client management systems.Ā 

Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Ā 

AssistĀ with maintainingĀ AddeparĀ platform for family wealth insights clients.Ā 

Ā 

QualificationsĀ 

Ā 

RequiredĀ 

Bachelor’sĀ degreeĀ required.Ā 

3+ years of experience, ideally in financial services, wealth management, banking, or client service.Ā 

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ā 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ā 

ProficiencyĀ with Microsoft Office Suite.Ā 

Ā 

PreferredĀ 

Experience working in an RIA, wealth management, or investment advisory environment.Ā 

Familiarity with custodial platforms such as Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing.Ā 

Experience with CRM systems such as Redtail, Salesforce,Ā eMoney, or similar platforms.Ā 

FINRA Series 65 or willingness to obtain industry licensing, if applicable.Ā

The pay rate range for this job position is $69,740 - $91,528. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
