Position Overview: Perform duties to support the packing department, while cutting tickets according to manufacturing and customer specifications. Safely performs position specific responsibilities to ensure a high level of productivity, quality and internal and external customer service while adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures. Identifies and recommends process improvements to streamline and increase efficiency of existing programs. Starting wage: $21.05/hr
  Essential Job Functions:
- Work from written and verbal instructions.
- Program the cutter to match product type
- Operate the cutter to make precise cuts as needed
- Put cut product into trays based on serial numbers
- Verify correct paperwork is added to each tray
- Check for quality issues and inconsistencies, and report to line lead
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Education Requirements:
- High school diploma / GED equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently lift up to 10 lbs. Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
- Constantly standing and walking throughout shift
- Pushing and pulling of flats
- Occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Other Skills/Abilities:
- Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient and able to follow directions
- Must have excellent quality skills - an eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be open to overtime
