Alchemy is looking for a friendly, dependable Host to join our team! As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Located in the heart of Lynnfield's MarketStreet, Alchemy serves creative comfort food and sushi. Alchemy's inviting space boasts an oversized bar and cozy booths, perfect for after work cocktails, an intimate date night, or dinner with the entire family. The seasonal patio features a lively outdoor bar and weekly live music.

Responsibilities Include: 

• Greet and seat guests with a positive, professional attitude
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table availability
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest questions
• Communicate with servers and managers to support smooth service
• Keep the host stand and entrance clean and organized
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return

Requirements

• Must be 16 or older 
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment
• Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Restaurant experience is helpful but not required
