We are seeking organized and personable individuals to join our remote team as Virtual Customer Experience Advisors. This role focuses on helping clients research, plan, and coordinate experiences based on their individual preferences, needs, and budgets.
You will communicate directly with clients, gather information about what they are looking for, research available options, and assist them throughout the reservation process. The role also includes providing follow-up support and helping clients understand important details related to their plans.
This opportunity may be a good fit for someone who enjoys customer service, researching online, helping people make decisions, and working independently. Previous professional experience in this industry is not required, and training and resources are available.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client questions and requests
- Gather information regarding client preferences and needs
- Research options using online systems and supplier resources
- Present appropriate options and recommendations
- Assist clients with reservations and confirmations
- Review details for accuracy
- Maintain organized client records
- Provide follow-up assistance when necessary
- Participate in training and professional development
Requirements:
- Must reside within the United States or Mexico
- Computer or laptop with reliable internet access
- Comfortable using email and online applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Willingness to complete training and learn new systems
- Customer service, hospitality, sales, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
