Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide individual counseling services to clients throughout Virginia via telehealth. The counselor will be responsible for assessing client needs, establishing treatment goals, providing appropriate therapeutic services, and monitoring progress throughout care.

This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and a remote work environment while maintaining a high standard of professional and clinical practice.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments
  • Provide scheduled individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Apply appropriate therapeutic interventions based on client needs and clinical presentation
  • Monitor client progress and revise treatment goals when clinically indicated
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
  • Maintain client confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Virginia
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
  • Experience providing mental health counseling services
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working with telehealth technology
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently in a remote setting
  • 2 weeks PTO
