Restaurant Managers are responsible for providing positive leadership to their team to deliver excellent and friendly guest experiences and operational excellence. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin' standards and compliance with all applicable laws.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Standing on feet
• Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching.
• Lifting objects including boxes, ice, and product up to 25lbs (if applicable)
• Working in a small space
