Skilled Laborers

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Commercial Construction Skilled Laborers for an active job in Louisville, KY. This role supports various trades and site operations and is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. This is a contract role lasting approximately 5 weeks and pay is up to $26/hr. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled trades with daily tasks as needed

• Perform site clean-up, material handling, and debris removal

• Load and unload construction materials and tools

• Operate basic hand and power tools safely

• Follow all job site safety procedures and company policies

• Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, carrying, and staging materials

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications:

• Prior commercial construction or general labor experience required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods

• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn

• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

• Reliable transportation to the job site
