The HR Generalist will be a key member of Diamond Grove Center Team who will play a pivotal role in the HR department as well. Key focus will be policies, procedures, and employee engagement by ensuring delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care that will be consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.  The HR Generalist will participate in the hospital strategic planning and contributes to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Provides professional level support to the HR Director related to facility goals and objectives
• Assist with recruitment, employee relations, relation strategies, and performance management
• Assist with departmental compliance with facility, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for full cycle recruitment for assigned positions
• Helps prepare for New (New Hire Orientation)
• Utilization of HRIS systems for data input and report writing

Requirements

• 1- 3 years of HR experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Previous related healthcare experience preferred
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local HR employment laws and regulations
• Effective communication skills, ability to problem solve, conflict resolution skills
