We are Cotton On

Cotton On is an Australian-born fashion and lifestyle brand bringing a laid-back, optimistic Aussie energy to more than 20 countries with 180+ US stores. We make everyday dressing feel easy, fun, and accessible, and we use our scale to make a real difference through the Cotton On Foundation. In the US, we're growing fast and building a marketing team that can turn a major global footprint into real brand love with Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and families.

This role is equal parts relationship builder, systems thinker, and performance operator and it's being built from scratch. If you've spent years in creator commerce and affiliate programmes and you're ready to own one end to end, this is it.

Your impact @ Cotton On

We're looking for a Manager, Creator Commerce to build and run the engine that connects creators, affiliates, and store talent to measurable revenue in the US. You'll own our affiliate programmes, lead TikTok Shop as a core commerce channel, and design the systems, incentives, and reporting that make creator commerce a reliable growth driver, while partnering with our global AUS marketing team on shared campaigns, then localise offers, partners, and channels for the US market.

About the Role

The purpose of the Manager, Creator Commerce role is to stay grounded in a specific philosophy: the best creator commerce programmes start with seeding. You'll build from the base, earning creator loyalty through thoughtful, intentional giving and develop the infrastructure that turns community into commerce as relationships prove their value. The goal is a creator ecosystem that drives GMV, generates authentic content, and amplifies what's working in paid.

Day to day, you'll

Build and run the affiliate programme

  • Own and grow Cotton On's US affiliate programme end to end: partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, commission logic, performance optimisation, and reporting.
  • Lead TikTok Shop as a core commerce channel: creator identification, outreach, relationship management, offer design, and performance tracking.
  • Build and manage a store-associate affiliate programme that connects retail team members to creator commerce opportunities and gives them a commercial stake in the brand's success.
  • Manage affiliate link strategy across media, editorial, and creator ecosystems to maximise attributed revenue and earned distribution.
  • Set commission structures, partner incentives, and testing approaches that balance growth with profitability.
  • Report weekly on performance: GMV, conversion, AOV, top creators, underperforming segments, and turn the data into clear next steps.

Run the seeding engine

  • Design and operate a systematic seeding programme letting authenticity determine who moves up the value chain.
  • Identify and onboard creators, warm customers, and community members who should be in Cotton On's orbit.
  • Use customer intelligence tools to find people already in the Cotton On community who could become creators, advocates, and affiliates, and build a structured programme for moving them through each stage.
  • Coordinate with the Influencer & Creator Partnerships team on creator handoffs. When a seeded creator demonstrates brand affinity and commercial value, you have a clear process for transitioning them.

Connect content to commerce

  • Monitor organic content in real time, identify what's gaining traction and package high-potential winners into structured briefs for the paid media and CRM teams.
  • Work with the Social & Content team on content that should move into commerce or paid amplification. You understand what makes content convertible, not just watchable.
  • Track how often organic wins make it into paid rotation and what the performance impact is.

Support integrated marketing operations

  • Support the Head of Marketing on integrated marketing operations: maintaining the master launch calendar, keeping GTM checklists moving, and helping translate key moments into cross-functional action.
  • Collaborate with the global AUS team on campaign priorities and localise for the US market across partners, channels, and timing.

This role is for you if,

  • You've spent 3 to 5 years operating affiliate or creator commerce programmes and you can talk in detail about TikTok Shop wins and misses.
  • You believe the best creator programmes are built from the ground up, through genuine relationships and thoughtful community building, not just cheque-writing.
  • You enjoy the mix of creator relationships and dashboards, and you care as much about GMV, margin, and efficiency as you do about creative.
  • You have hands-on experience running TikTok Shop and at least one major affiliate platform. You can set up offers, track performance, and optimise without needing to be taught the tools.
  • You're comfortable designing commission structures, incentives, and tests that balance growth with profitability.
  • You have strong reporting instincts and are comfortable owning performance conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • You're highly organised, detail-oriented, and the kind of person who will chase one misfiring link because you know it will skew the story.
  • You've worked in-house or at an agency with Gen Z-focused fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or similar consumer brands.
  • You can move between detail and strategy without losing speed and you enjoy turning a messy data set into a clear narrative.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  •  Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%)
  •  Comfortable moving equipment, product, or props as needed for shoots.
