The Clinical Program Coordinator, RN provides clinical leadership and program coordination for community-based preventive health, immunization, screening, and outreach programs. This hands-on role works with participants across the lifespan and helps expand access to preventive care, health education, and connections to ongoing healthcare and community resources.
