As a Security Guard Part Time Driver Entry Management in Longwood, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. At an automotive location, you will monitor entry points, verify badges and visitor access, respond to alarms, document security-related activities, and conduct routine patrols to help deter incidents. Provide exceptional customer service while using computer-based access systems and communicating with employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials, document visitor and contractor entry, and direct guests to appropriate dealership locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of dealership buildings, vehicle inventory areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate logs, complete required reports, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
