The Role Â
Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and proceduresÂ
Lead the store team as part of managementÂ
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issuesÂ
Process sales transactions accurately and efficientlyÂ
Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandisingÂ
Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheldÂ
Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activityÂ
Engages with store teams and customers professionally and respectfullyÂ
Train and mentor new associates as neededÂ
Ability to interact collaboratively and work as a team towards a common goal Â
Maintain a professional presence and motivate and inspire othersÂ
Acting in a respectful manner to customers, managers and peersÂ
Â
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Â
Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday  Â
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes or other merchandise packages, bins, clothing racks, stools/ladders) Â
Ability to regularly squat/kneel (e.g., to access under-storage bins, during visual resets) Â
Ability to regularly use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely to complete required tasksÂ

CO: This is a full time hourly paid position with a wage range of $19.00 -$22.00 /hr
