Schedule: Full time | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Lead patient assessments to proactively identify changes in condition, ensuring timely interventions and a safe environment for healing.

• Administer medications and treatments with precision, while vigilantly monitoring patient responses to ensure the highest standards of clinical safety.

• Empower patients and families through personalized education, providing the tools and knowledge they need for a successful recovery and long-term wellness after discharge.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to execute therapeutic services and lab tests, acting as a critical link in the delivery of high-quality, holistic care.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional requirements you'll need

• Clinical Qualifications & Experience: Holds an active LVN license with background in Internal or Family Medicine, alongside hands-on proficiency using the Athena EMR platform.

• Core Competencies & Capabilities: Demonstrates strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with the independence to work autonomously and flexibility to travel as needed.
