As an Account Executive in Employee Benefits, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored insurance solutions and risk management strategies that protect our clients and their teams. How you'll make an impact

  • In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality and timely solutions.
  • You’ll lead the renewal process, working closely with our production team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
  • By building strong relationships with clients and their representatives, you’ll secure existing businesses and identify opportunities to expand services. Your ability to balance priorities, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional service will directly contribute to client satisfaction and retention. 
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and implement effective employee benefits strategies. 
  • Use your expertise to identify and address client needs, ensuring their goals align with our tailored solutions. 

About You

 

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience.

-OR-

  • High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • A Life and Health Insurance license.


Preferred:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Financial acumen, and a consultative approach to client engagement. 
  • Experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.
