About your role:

The Serve Valet is responsible for driving vehicles to and from customers, other locations, and lots as needed and assists with vehicle flow within the dealership. This position provides customer transportation as needed, maintains the vehicle’s cleanliness, and manages loan fleet records.

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:

  • Shuttles customers to home, work, or other requested locations as needed.
  • Support the service drive team in picking up and delivering customer vehicles to the customer’s homes.
  • Clean customer vehicles to McDonald’s standards.
  • Manage service loaner fleet and provide appropriate reporting as required.
  • Follows Company safety policies and practices and immediately reports all accidents to the Manager/Supervisor.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
  • Follow scheduled hours as needed, defined by your manager.

Education:

  • High school degree or equivalent is required.

Type of Experience Needed to be Successful:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Automotive or detail experience is preferred.

Specialized Skills:

  • Must maintain a valid state driver’s license to drive any customer or company vehicle.
  • Must have the ability to operate all-size vehicles, both manual and automatic.
  • Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every day.
  • Comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
