Compensation Overview 

This role is commission based. Average compensation for this position is $150,000 with top performers earning $300,000

Experience & Qualifications Needed:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in an automotive finance-related role
  • Strong understanding of automotive lending processes, financing products, and customer credit profiles
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software
  • Ability to contribute to the overall sales goals of the dealership by identifying additional product opportunities, such as extended warranties, insurance, and GAP coverage
  • Strong attention to detail in reviewing financial documents and ensuring accuracy in all transactions
  • Strong persuasion skills to effectively close deals while maintaining customer 

 Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: 

  • Meet with customers to discuss their financing needs and present financing options.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive rates for customers.
  • Structure deals to maximize profitability for the dealership while ensuring the best financing terms for customers.
  • Assist customers with completing credit applications and other required documents.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with dealership policies and federal/state regulations.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth vehicle sales processes and delivery.
