Your Impact in This Role As a BCBA at KIDS ABA Services, you will be both a clinician and a leader. You will design and oversee treatment that builds functional skills, fosters independence, and helps families feel supported and empowered. You will guide clinical teams, partner with families, and translate data into meaningful progress. What we offer Loan Repayment Assistance Caseload cap: 8–10 clients Hybrid schedule with remote days for supervision, treatment planning, and parent training Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match 16 days PTO + paid holidays 100% approved CEU coverage & paid ABA conference attendance Clinical autonomy — you make the treatment decisions Administrative support for scheduling, insurance, and documentation Leadership Growth & Clinical Development Flexible scheduling What You’ll Do Clinical Leadership & Treatment Design Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations Create, implement, and refine individualized treatment and behavior support plans Collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive meaningful clinical outcomes Collaboration & Family Partnership Partner with families and caregivers to ensure consistent, child-centered care Attend treatment team meetings and IEP/ISP meetings as needed Participate in insurance authorization and review processes for assigned clients Team Development & Supervision Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to BTs, RBTs, BCaBAs, and students Conduct regularly scheduled client observations (minimum two per month, per client) Support professional growth with high clinical and ethical standards Caseload & Documentation Management Maintain a billable expectation of 27.5 hours/week (110 hours/month) Complete: • session notes • monthly data analysis • treatment updates • assessments & reports • insurance documentation Initiate onboarding and treatment for new clients promptly at leadership direction QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For We’re seeking a clinician who believes ABA should be both ethical and transformative—someone who is motivated by progress, committed to evidence-based practice, and energized by seeing children gain confidence and independence.
