What you will do

We are continuously building a network of experienced engineering professionals to support current and future opportunities across our manufacturing and technical operations environments. This evergreen position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering engineering excellence, driving continuous improvement, supporting complex projects, and ensuring operational readiness in regulated manufacturing settings.

Successful candidates may contribute to a variety of initiatives involving equipment, facilities, utilities, manufacturing processes, automation, compliance, and operational improvement programs across multiple locations and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support engineering projects throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design through implementation and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Automation, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Contribute to the development, execution, and maintenance of engineering and technical programs that support operational excellence and compliance.
  • Review, develop, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, protocols, reports, and related records.
  • Participate in risk assessments, troubleshooting efforts, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support qualification, validation, commissioning, equipment lifecycle management, and process improvement activities as applicable.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, industry regulations, and applicable quality requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise to project teams and business partners.
  • Assist in project planning, resource coordination, execution tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Support internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives when required.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices that improve efficiency, reliability, quality, and operational performance.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Several years of experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, project execution, quality, validation, automation, or related functions.
  • Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer health, biotechnology, food, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and related quality systems.
  • Experience with capital projects, equipment lifecycle management, process improvement, commissioning, qualification, validation, automation, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Professional certifications in project management, quality, engineering, or continuous improvement methodologies are a plus.

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$90,100.00 - $127,200.00
