What You’ll Do as a Clinic DirectorÂ
- Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staffÂ
- Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical careÂ
- Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plansÂ
- Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and schedulingÂ
- Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partnersÂ
- Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growthÂ
- Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programsÂ
 QualificationsÂ
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)Â
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others requiredÂ
