Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • Trade school or technical training preferred
  • Previous experience operating robotic welding equipment required
  • Welding experience with MIG and/or TIG processes 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to understand and apply welding processes and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
  • Experience working with different materials and weld requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to use basic welding and fabrication tools
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate robotic welding equipment according to work instructions
  • Load and unload parts, fixtures, and tooling
  • Monitor welding operations to ensure quality and production requirements are met
  • Perform inspections of completed welds and identify quality concerns
  • Make adjustments to equipment and processes as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on robotic welding equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Monday - Thursday
6:30am - 5:00pm

2nd Shift
Monday - Thursday
5:00pm - 3:30am
