At AmanaCare, we provide faithful, personalized in-home assistance to seniors and disabled or recovering persons. We are seeking a scheduling manager in the Lincoln area. This position would be responsible for coordinating and maintaining caregiver schedules to ensure quality service delivery to our clients.


Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and manage daily schedules for caregivers and clients.
  • Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and preferences.
  • Communicate schedule changes promptly to staff and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the scheduling system.
  • Work closely with the care management team to ensure client needs are met.
  • Monitor and address scheduling conflicts, call-offs, and last-minute changes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, caregivers, and families.


Experience/Skills:

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to problem-solve and multi-task.
  • Superior phone etiquette and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals.
  • Knowledge of general care for the elderly and disabled or recovering persons.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and an ability to learn new software quickly.
