POSITION: Maintenance Technician

SHIFT HOURS: 04:00 PM to 12:30 AM
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC equipment, controls, and related components.
- Diagnose equipment failures and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain facility infrastructure, machinery, and support equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform trailer repairs including lighting, doors, hinges, roofs, and structural components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Complete welding, cutting, fabrication, and general maintenance projects as needed.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and equipment breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate work orders, repair documentation, and maintenance records.
- Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and OSHA requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with facility projects as assigned.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of three (3) years maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, transportation, or facilities environment preferred.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- HVAC experience preferred.
- Experience with 240V/480V electrical systems preferred.
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in varying environmental conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
