Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently and safely
- Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- Ensure the security of guest vehicles and property
- Assist with guest requests and provide excellent customer service
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, valet, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
