What You'll Do

As a Storm Restoration Sales Specialist, you'll become a trusted resource for homeowners navigating the storm-restoration process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with homeowners in communities affected by hail and severe weather
• Performing exterior property and roof inspections
• Identifying potential storm-related damage
• Educating homeowners about restoration options
• Helping homeowners understand the insurance claims process
• Coordinating restoration projects from inspection through completion
• Maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Building relationships that lead to referrals and future business

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Pickup truck, or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Ability to successfully complete the required 90-day paid training program in Dallas, Texas
• Ability to safely climb ladders and perform exterior and roof inspections
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
