About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our office operations, supporting teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Whether you're early in your career or bringing years of experience, we welcome your energy and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer and route incoming calls and provide general information
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare reports
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Support internal and external communications and inquiries
  • Assist with mail distribution, front desk operations, and scheduling
  • May assist with Escrow and/or Title Assistant functions

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of relevant administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Customer service mindset with a professional demeanor
