Licensed Surveyor

As a Surveyor, you will manage both in-office and field tasks, supervise technical staff, and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance. You’ll play a key role in project management, client consultations, and regulatory presentations.

Responsibilities – What you will do

• Supervise survey computations, field work, data collection, and CAD drafting
• Stamp and sign surveys under your direct supervision
• Consult with clients on surveying issues and project details
• Provide guidance to field crews and technical staff
• Oversee preparation of survey plans and flood elevation certificates
• Conduct deed and map research and review
• Represent the company at local and state regulatory hearings

Qualifications - What We’re Looking For

• Registered Professional Land Surveyor license required
• B.S. or A.A. in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in surveying
• Ability to interpret construction plans, record maps, and boundary procedures
• Strong knowledge of survey computations and accuracy standards

Work Environment

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work under extreme conditions when necessary
