Job DetailsJob Location: Plant 1 Wood Working Plant - Lenoir, NC 28645Essential duties and responsibilities Preparing the machine and equipment before they are used Performing a good operation of any kinds of heavy equipment Proficient use of equipment required by job function Read, Understand and complete all internal forms and documents(Equipment specification, Factory Orders, Etc)  Observe machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machines as necessary Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions and to plan operational sequences Read and comprehend instructions before starting building process  Maintain effective, professional, courteous and respectful communication with supervisor and other team members. Effectively and safely use of the rip saw machines Effectively and safely use of the planer machines Effectively and safely use of the glue reel machines Effectively and safely use of the glue press Follow all departmental objectives, standards or directions Ensure proper placement of tools at the end of each shift. Keep workplace safe, clean and organized QualificationsQualification requirements S.
